M42 at J9 take A446 to Coleshill and Coventry stay on this road for 2/3mls over 1st roundabout and through 3 sets of lights, at next roundabout take first exit into Lichfield Road, 1st left into Doris Road 1st left into James Road and James House is at the end on the left, corner of James Road and Rose Road.
